Catawba County Genealogical Society

The Catawba County Genealogical Society was founded in 1986 to serve the needs of genealogists seeking more information about the history and ancestry of the pioneers that settled in Western North Carolina in the mid to late 1700's. As a 501C-3 non-profit organization, the main mission of the Catawba County Genealogical Society is to promote, preserve, and study the family history of Catawba County.
